It is difficult to write my review because I love this company; this company is truly a Gem in this self service society...a rare and wonderful true Gem, especially the sweet lady who mans the location, except their bill system is sad, which should be easy for us as we literally pay All of our bills are done online. Easy Sneezy, right?

Every month I almost start to dread paying this bill, and as an attorney for many years, I have used the internet for years in my practice, as well as my personal life.

For instance, last evening I used my iPhone to begin this task and after — honest—14 attempts, I quit, as have done many times before.

First, my password was wrong, which I had changed, again, in October. Then, my ‘session was times out’, over and over and over.

This morning, I stated with my iPhone, moved to my mini iPad, which keeps renewing over and over.. Finally, used my Air iPad, and after resetting password toTHE EXACT ONE I RESET IN OCTOBER, hello, it paid the bill! lHello, Merry Christmas...and blessings to all.
